Adbrite

Adbrite is a marketplace to buy and sell ads. They have been around for a very long time, and it shows.

While they have a lot of features and certainly have a very large marketplace, the site itself is very slow and I've had issues with ads loading quickly. Still, it's not a bad network and you might give it a try.
