Azoogleads is among the largest of CPA networks with many unique offers.
They are getting ready for an IPO however, and have been in the news regarding changing terms and conditions on their website which might be considered anti publisher. Despite that, it's an excellent network (although the reporting interface isn't quite as good as Neverblueads).
